CCMA Members:
Register on or before March 31, 2010 and pay $50 per. The cost increases to $60 per person on April 1.
Nonmembers:
The cost for nonmembers is $60 per person on or before March 31, and $70 after that date.
Method of payment:
The preferred method of payment is check (made out to “CCMA”). You can also pay through Paypal. See the registration form for more details.
